My first experience with spray paint was during my apprenticeship. I was working for as an auto body technician and used spray paint to fix the bottoms of cars. I was fascinated by street artists and by how quickly they could spray pieces of art.
So I started creating paintings with spray paint when I was only sixteen years old. At the beginning I mainly sprayed different galaxies and planets on cardboard. I enjoyed it and used it as a way to escape reality. Unfortunately, I stopped spraying after a year.
More than ten years later I was working as a social education worker in a youth institution. There I restarted spraying again with the inhabitants of the youth center.I used it as a tool for them to express themselves through creativity.
Since then I’ve been following my passion and creating paintings almost every day. Furthermore, I started learning new techniques by watching videos of other spray painters. and creating my own style and techniques.
After a year of intensive practice and personal development, my first client contacted me. That’s when I started selling my paintings and presenting my work at art conventions. In addition to my paintings I started to build wooden frames, which I construct out of wood remains.
As I have a lot of experience working with young people, my intention was to share my knowledge with others through workshops and courses at schools and youth institutions. I have always distanced myself from people who spray illegally.
Therefore, it is important to me to sensitize young people to the consequences of spraying trains and walls illegally. I like toprovide a setting for young people, where they have the possibility to express themselves through spray painting on paper legally.
My goal is to reach young people and to motivate them to express themselves through creativity. I want to help them dive into a world of shapes and colors that they can create.
The only limit is their imagination. I would like to help them understand, that there is no right or wrong in creating art. It is a way for them to express themselves emotionally and personally. The beauty of art lies in the subjectivity of the interpretation.
I would like to share my interests in the art of spray painting- with other people and get the opportunity to exchange views and ideas with others.. I would like to show that it is a unique way of expressing personal sensations and experiences. Spray painting is a way to express yourself without words.
Make Art, feel free and by happy…
